How it works

Finding an industrial spare part is often detective work. Here is how we do it for you, from your first message to the part arriving at your site.

  1. 1

    Send your request

Describe the part and add what you have: the machine nameplate, the part number, photos of the part or a drawing.

  2. 2

    We search our network

We check manufacturers, authorised distributors, specialised dealers and stock holders across many countries.

  3. 3

    You receive a quote

When we locate the part or a verified equivalent, we send you a quotation with the details we have confirmed.

  4. 4

    We arrange delivery

After you approve the quote, we take care of the order, the paperwork and the shipment to your site.

1. You send a request

Use the request form and tell us what you need. The more we know, the faster the search goes. Useful details are:

  • the machine manufacturer, type, model and serial number from the machine nameplate
  • the part number, ideally exactly as printed on the part or in the parts list
  • photos of the part and of its own nameplate or markings
  • a drawing, a page of the manual or the old part in your hands for measurements
  • the quantity you need and how urgent it is

2. We search our network

We identify the exact part and search for it with the original manufacturer, authorised distributors, specialised dealers, repair partners and surplus stock holders in many countries.

  • we check whether the part is still produced or has a successor
  • we look for new, remanufactured or tested surplus stock where the original is no longer made
  • we compare cross references and equivalents when you allow alternatives
  • we ask suppliers to confirm condition, origin and the documents that come with the part

3. You receive a quote

When we find the part, we send you a quotation. It states what exactly is offered, its condition, the price and the delivery terms confirmed by the supplier.

  • nothing is ordered before you approve the quote
  • if we only find an equivalent, we tell you clearly what differs from the original
  • if we cannot find the part, we tell you that too

4. We arrange delivery

After your approval we place the order, follow it up with the supplier and arrange transport to your site, including export and import documents where needed.

  • one invoice and one contact for you
  • shipping documents and tracking
  • help with customs paperwork for shipments from outside your country

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay anything for sending a request?

No. Sending a request and receiving a quote does not commit you to anything.

Can you find parts for old machines?

Often yes. Obsolete and discontinued parts are a large part of what we do. We search for remaining stock, remanufactured units, successors and equivalents. We cannot promise that every part still exists, but we will tell you what we find.

Do you supply only new original parts?

We offer what you ask for. That can be new original parts, parts from the component manufacturer, remanufactured or tested surplus parts and, if you allow it, verified equivalents. The quote always states which one it is.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We work internationally. Tell us the delivery address in your request and we will include the shipping terms in the quote.

In which languages can I contact you?

In English and in Slovak.

Ready to send a request?

A part number or a photo of the nameplate is enough to start.
