About the service

LiteHard is a sourcing agency. We search for spare parts of industrial machines on behalf of our customers with manufacturers, distributors and stock holders. We are not the manufacturer of the parts we offer, unless a quotation says otherwise.

Requests and quotations

Sending a request through this website is free and does not create an obligation for either side. A binding agreement is created only when you accept a written quotation from us. The quotation states the part, its condition, the price, the delivery terms and the validity of the offer.

Availability, prices and delivery times depend on our suppliers. Information on this website is general and is not an offer.

Equivalent and used parts

If we offer an equivalent, remanufactured or used part, the quotation says so clearly. It is your responsibility to confirm that such a part is suitable for your machine and application, and we will share the technical information we receive from the supplier to help you decide.

Trademarks

Manufacturer names, brands and part numbers mentioned on this website are used only to identify parts. They belong to their owners. LiteHard is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers unless stated otherwise.
